Not at all. TenderHawk is built for business owners, not procurement officers. Every alert is written in plain English — we explain what the contract is, why we think you could win it, and what the next step is. No jargon, no acronyms you'll need to Google.
We monitor Find a Tender (FTS), Contracts Finder, the NHS Supply Chain portal, and hundreds of individual council and authority procurement pages. In total we track over 600 sources daily — including ones that don't publish to the main portals.
When you sign up, you tell us about your business — what you do, where you operate, your turnover range, and any sectors you've worked in before. Our model reads each tender notice and scores it 1–10 against that profile, weighting factors like contract size, geographic fit, incumbent risk, and whether the authority has a history of awarding to SMEs. You set the minimum score threshold for alerts.
You'll move on to the monthly plan at £19/month — or £9/month if you joined via the waitlist. We'll remind you a few days before the trial ends and you can cancel anytime, no questions asked. We don't store card details until you choose to continue.
