Cookie Policy
How TenderHawk uses cookies.
Last updated: 13 October 2026. TenderHawk is a UK public-contract alert service for small businesses.
Strictly necessary cookies
When you sign in to TenderHawk, we use secure Supabase authentication session cookies. These cookies are strictly necessary to keep your account, business profile and contract matches private to your authenticated email session. Without them, member sign-in and account management cannot function.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregate, privacy-conscious site performance and usage statistics. This helps us ensure pages load reliably and quickly. It does not track you across unrelated third-party websites.
First-party campaign attribution
If you visit TenderHawk via a public link (for example, from our X/Twitter posts or a search link), we may store first-party UTM parameters in your browser local storage for up to 90 days. This allows us to understand which channels bring genuine small business signups when you start a profile.
No advertising or tracking pixels
TenderHawk does not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or ad networks (such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags). We do not sell your browsing behaviour to data brokers.
Managing cookies
You can restrict or block cookies through your web browser settings at any time. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to your TenderHawk account.
