Response time

We aim to reply within 2 working days. If your issue is about billing, cancellation, a payment receipt or email delivery, include the email address you used for TenderHawk so we can find the right account.

What We Can Help With

TenderHawk support covers account access, Free Scout profiles, Standard and Pro subscriptions, billing questions, cancellation help, email delivery issues, incorrect or confusing matches, and privacy or data requests.

Billing And Payments

Payments for Standard and Pro are handled by Stripe. TenderHawk does not collect or store your card details. If you have a question about a payment, receipt, failed payment or subscription status, email us with the account email you used to sign up.

Cancelling A Paid Plan

You can ask us to help cancel your Standard or Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not guarantee a refund for time already used. When Stripe Customer Portal is available on your account, you may also be able to manage billing directly through Stripe.

Refunds

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are reviewed case by case. Because TenderHawk is a subscription service, we normally do not refund a paid month that has already started unless there has been a billing error or we cannot provide the service.

Incorrect Match Or Missing Context

If a match looks wrong, too broad, out of area, already closed, or not suitable for your business, send us the match title and what looks wrong. TenderHawk uses AI-assisted matching, so feedback helps us improve the filters and plain-English summaries.

Source Notice Issues

TenderHawk reads public procurement sources. Those notices can be corrected, withdrawn, updated or incomplete. If the source notice appears wrong, the buyer or publishing portal remains the authoritative source. We can check what TenderHawk showed you, but we cannot change the public notice itself.

Bounced Or Missing Emails

If TenderHawk emails are not arriving, check spam or promotions folders first, then contact us. If an email bounced or was suppressed for delivery safety, we can review the status and help restore delivery where appropriate.

Privacy And Data Requests

For privacy, profile data, unsubscribe or deletion requests, email hello@tenderhawk.co.uk with the account email involved. We may need to confirm ownership before changing or deleting account data.

What Support Cannot Do

TenderHawk cannot guarantee contract wins, awards, tender availability, buyer decisions or the accuracy of public notices. We also cannot give legal, financial or procurement advice. You remain responsible for reading the source notice, checking eligibility, deadlines, documents, procurement route and bid requirements before deciding whether to respond.
